A belated Happy Hanukah to all our families! We have had a major celebration today and the response has been overwhelmingly positive! The Third Grade Cultural Luncheon is always a highlight in our year and this year was especially amazing. We had so many delicious and nourishing foods. There was so much love and care evident in the room. The children are truly appreciative and many have expressed their wish that they could have this event everyday. What an amazing way to start the holiday season! Thank you all for the effort and cheer you put into the foods. So many of you came in to help set up, serve and clean up and we are very grateful for that, too!
For the final school week of 2017:
- We are headed to the Armory on Tuesday. Please remind your child to dress with running shoes.
- If your child is leaving for a holiday trip before Friday, please send a note letting me know so I can inform the main office. There will be no homework assigned during the holiday. School resumes on Tuesday, January 2.
